Jyotish is an online astrology consultation platform that connects users with verified Vedic astrologers, Tarot readers, and Numerologists for personalized guidance via live chat. The Service is available 24/7 through our website.
Users must add funds to their wallet before starting a consultation. Wallet recharges are processed through Razorpay, a secure payment gateway. Minimum recharge amount is ₹10. Your wallet balance is non-transferable but fully refundable as per our refund policy.
Consultation charges are calculated per minute at the rate displayed on each astrologer's profile. The current promotional rate is ₹10 per minute for all astrologers. Charges are deducted from your wallet balance during the chat session. You will be notified when your balance is running low.
Astrological consultations are provided for guidance and informational purposes. The predictions and advice given by astrologers reflect their personal expertise and interpretation. Jyotish does not guarantee the accuracy of any predictions. Users should exercise their own judgment in making life decisions.
Users must not use the platform for any illegal, abusive, or harassing purposes. Any form of abuse, threats, or inappropriate behavior towards astrologers will result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Your birth details, chat conversations, and personal information are kept strictly confidential. We do not share your data with any third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
Jyotish reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
