If you have unused balance in your Jyotish wallet, you may request a full refund of the unused amount at any time. Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the recharge.
Once a consultation has been completed (chat session with an astrologer), the charges for that session are non-refundable as the service has been delivered. However, if you experience any of the following issues, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund of that session:
- Technical issues that prevented a proper consultation (connection drops, server errors)
- Astrologer was unresponsive or provided no meaningful guidance
- Incorrect billing or double charges
- Unauthorized transactions from your account
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@jyotish.com with the following information: your registered email, transaction ID or payment ID, reason for the refund request, and the amount to be refunded. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. UPI refunds are typically faster (1-3 business days). Credit/Debit card refunds may take up to 10 business days.
You may end a chat session at any time. You will only be charged for the minutes used during the session. There are no cancellation fees. If you wish to delete your account entirely, contact us at support@jyotish.com and we will process your request along with any applicable wallet refund.
If your payment was debited but the wallet was not credited due to a technical issue, the amount will be automatically refunded to your payment method within 5-7 business days. If the auto-refund does not happen, please contact us with the payment details.
